Description : The HardSun race consists of two routes: The HardSun trail race course has a length of 27km and a positive elevation gain of 936m. The Agistraki trail race course is 10km long, 367m positive altitude difference and is designed for athletes with less experience in mountain running races.

Description : Every year since 2015, before the coronavirus pandemic, the People's Running and Swimming Race was successfully held in early or mid-June in Agkistri. The event was co-organized by the Aegina Health Runners Association, the Piraeus Health Runners Association, and the APS Apollo West Attica, and was held under the auspices and sponsorship of the Municipality of Agkistri and the Association of Professionals of Agkistri.

Description : The Cultural Centre of Megalochori, a two-storey building donated by the shipowner Mr.Xanalatos, occasionally hosts various activities.

Description : The idea of a sailing race in Agistri, was initiated and established in 2009. The race consists of two sailing races of 20 nautical miles (40nm in total) and is always held in the month of September.
