Description : This is a basilica with a dome, built in 1885 using local limestone. The church was painted in 1933 by the painter Vasilios Stamatiadis (1899-1933) from Aegina. He began his artistic work in 1914 and was active for another twenty years, creating the painting decoration of various churches, such as Agios Nikolaos Sterianos in Aegina. The hagiographies of Zoodochos Pigi are created in the so-called Renaissance style. The subjects and figures are derived from post-Byzantine iconography and Western ecclesiastical painting of the 19th century. A great festival is held on the first Friday after Easter in honour of the feast of the Zoodochos Pigi.

Description : The church is a single-naved basilica with a saddleback roof. Inside, the iconostasis holds three portable icons (1921-1924) painted in the so-called Renaissance style. The themes and figures are inspired by post-Byzantine iconography and Western ecclesiastical painting of the 19th century. The icons depict the Pantocrator, the Holy Virgin holding the Infant, and Saint John the Baptist. They were painted by Laskaris Verdelis, a priest and icon painter from Asia Minor. The contemporary icon painting in the church is the work of Maria Panou. The earlier church was sanctified by Agios Nektarios of Aegina.
