Description : On the stepped relief terrain that dominates Mandraki Bay, traces of the foundations of ancient buildings can be seen in several spots. The surface finds indicate habitation from the Early Helladic period to the Hellenistic period.

Description : Traces of mining are visible. The extracted material was limestone, which has a porous texture and is of biogenic origin. The products of quarrying were used in the upper part of a Gymnasium, in the Stoa of Abaton at the Sanctuary of the Asclepios of Epidaurus, and in the sanctuary of Apollo Maleatas in Epidaurus. Description : The church is constructed on the remains of an older church, which are clearly visible and likely date back to the early Byzantine period. Chapels like this are situated outside the city and are only used on the saint's feast day to whom they are dedicated.

Description : On the western side of the island of Dorousa, there is a fortification wall made of rubble masonry, which is built on an earlier defensive enclosure, likely dating back to the early Byzantine period.
